Product Features

Suitable for long-term service under boundary lubrication without maintenance.

Initial grease lubrication is recommended.

Oil reservoirs on the bearing surface ensure optimal grease distribution, and supplementary lubrication during operation can greatly extend service life.

Suitable for rotary and oscillating motions under heavy load and low speed.

Features excellent load capacity, low coefficient of friction and very low wear rate. Non-absorbent to water and oil, with good dimensional stability.

The bearing can be re-machined after press fitting to achieve tighter tolerances.

* Full grease filling of oil pockets is required during initial assembly.

POM layer 0.30–0.50 mm. Modified polyoxymethylene features excellent wear resistance and maintains a low coefficient of friction even under momentary oil starvation. The bearing surface is provided with regularly arranged oil pockets with thread angles. Full grease application is required during assembly.Bronze powder layer 0.20–0.35 mm. It delivers high load capacity and wear resistance, as well as good thermal conductivity to dissipate heat generated during bearing operation. The composite material penetrates the gaps between bronze powder particles to improve bonding strength.Low-carbon steel substrate, which provides structural load capacity and heat transfer for the bearing.Copper/tin electroplated layer 0.002 mm, offering good corrosion resistance for the bearing.
