Product Features

Product Description

SF10 carbon steel based oil-free bearings are ideal for working conditions where lubrication filling is unavailable or prohibited, including low-speed heavy-load operation, intermittent movement and swinging motion scenarios. The oil-free working mode greatly simplifies equipment lubrication system design, effectively reducing daily maintenance costs and saving maintenance time. Equipped with excellent wear resistance and a low friction coefficient, the bearings significantly extend the service life of mechanical equipment. They feature an ultra-wide temperature adaptability range, stably operating from -195°C to +280°C. Adopting a thin-wall and lightweight structure, the bearings minimize mechanical occupation volume and reduce overall equipment weight. With extremely low stick-slip characteristics, they ensure stable and smooth operation. Additionally, the bearings deliver reliable performance in most solvents, various industrial liquids including water and oil, as well as steam environments.

1. PTFE & Fiber Mixed Layer (0.01–0.03 mm)The surface composite layer of PTFE and fibers forms a high-quality transfer film during operation, which effectively protects the mating shaft and provides stable self-lubricating performance.2. Bronze Powder Layer (0.20–0.35 mm)This layer features high load capacity and excellent wear resistance. Its superior thermal conductivity quickly dissipates operating heat. The surface polymer penetrates the gaps between bronze powder particles, significantly improving interlayer bonding strength and structural stability.3. Low-carbon Steel SubstrateThe low-carbon steel base provides outstanding mechanical load-bearing performance and efficient heat transfer for the entire bearing.4. Copper/Tin Electroplated Layer (0.002 mm)The ultra-thin electroplated coating greatly enhances surface corrosion resistance, adapting to complex and humid working environments.
