Silicon nitride (Si₃N₄) full‑ceramic bearings feature non‑magnetic & electrically insulating properties, wear and corrosion resistance, oil‑free self‑lubrication, as well as high‑temperature and cryogenic resistance. Compared with zirconia (ZrO₂), silicon nitride material is suitable for higher rotating speeds and load‑bearing capacity, and can withstand harsher working conditions and higher ambient temperatures. Within its continuous operating temperature range of 100 °C‑800 °C, thermal expansion induced by temperature difference is negligible. It also supplies precision ceramic bearings for high‑speed, high‑precision and high‑rigidity spindles, with maximum manufacturing accuracy reaching P4 to UP grade. Rings and rolling elements of silicon‑nitride full‑ceramic bearings are made of silicon nitride (Si₃N₄) ceramic. PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) is adopted as the standard cage material. Alternative cage materials include GRPA66‑25, PEEK, PI and phenolic fabric laminated tubes.
