Our main products cover engineering plastic self-lubricating bearings, engineering plastic linear guide systems, engineering plastic spherical plain bearings, various series of wear-resistant rods, sheets and wear-resistant pellets.
SAVI GBB Base Bearings are easy-to-mount bearings that can compensate for misalignment and withstand edge loads. They are especially suitable for applications with concealed mounting positions, humid operating conditions or special hygiene requirements.
The bearing housing is made of SAVI-M163, a long-fiber reinforced engineering plastic with excellent impact resistance. It can be used continuously within the temperature range of -30°C to +80°C. The spherical ball of standard base bearings is made of SAVI-EPW material, which features a low friction coefficient and minimal stick-slip effect during dry operation. This is particularly important for low-load and low-speed applications.
