SAVI-SPB clearance-free preloading plastic bearings are specially designed. After assembly, the bearings can generate preloading forces in the radial and axial direction to achieve zero clearance matching, automatically adjust the shaft and bearing clearance; reduce the vibration and operating noise of the mechanism.
SAVI-SPB gapless pre-tightening plastic bearings use wear-resistant expert material EPJ, which enables plastic bearings to have excellent wear resistance while ensuring preloading force.
Of course, Savi can also provide EPW, EPJ1 and other materials to make plastic bearings.
