The SAVI high spiral screw and nut adopt a flatter thread angle, and the driving force is effectively converted into a translational motion, with a lower power loss compared to the standard trapezoid thread angle. Due to the circular teeth geometry, noise and vibration are all reduced during the non-lubricating motion.
SAVI standard trapezoidal screw is manufactured according to DIN103 standard. High spiral screw adopts a special thread angle design to obtain high movement speed at low speeds.
The screw rod is made of stainless steel and is formed by a cold rolling process. Designed and used with high wear-resistant EPJ products. For higher loads or special applications, EPW can be used for nuts.
